Royal Neighbors of America, Camp #4534

The R.N.A. Camp #4534 meetings are held monthly in the member’s homes in Elmer. The 1976 officers are as follows: Kathryn Rhoades, Oracle; Maudie Magers, Vice-Oracle; Naomi Bailey, Recorder; Gertrude Wigal, Receiver; Daphne Howerton, Chancelor; Pearl Parker, Marshal; Managers: Ruth Payton, Daphne Howerton and Colleen Pippin; and Physician, O. L. Woodward.

Charter members of D.O.R.N.A. in Elmer in 1905 included: Mettie Wait, Margaret Thurman, J. F. Thurman, Ida Tate, J. L. Simmons, Carrie Simmons, Joshua Pearson, Martha J. Newton, Frank Newton, Moley Lynch, D. T. Griffith, Nora Griffith, W. H. Gooch, Lena Gooch, Hemmit Dale, Alma Dale, Mary Alice Dale, Pearl Boydstun, L. P. Atteberry, Dorthulia Atteberry, Carol I. Armstrong, Willie M. Agee, and Ora M. Agee.
